Refund and Returns Policy for P&P PET SHOP

Thank you for shopping at P&P PET SHOP. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Types of Products

  • Pet Foods: Unopened and in original packaging.
  • Pet Vitamins: Unopened and in original packaging.
  • Pet Toys: Unused, in original condition, and with all original tags.
  • Pet Cages: Unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or Used Pet Foods, Vitamins, or Toys
  • Customized or Personalized Items

Time Frame

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please fill out the contact form on our website, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  3. Return Shipping: If approved, please return the item to No 22, Galle Road, Mount Lavinia. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through the contact form on our website and send your item to: No 22, Galle Road, Mount Lavinia.
